| Uh, let me be cautious. In my 40 years of collecting I have never seen a fan like that one. Last edited on Wed Aug 19th, 2009 06:06 am by Steve Cunningham

i've seen many ceiling fans, but never quite like that, although if i had to guess , maybe it's gear driven and or pully driven, not sure though.

A gerbil is a rodent used to foot power unknown ceiling fans.

Oddly, it has some characteristics of the Phil Rich Windmaker ceiling fans that were made down in Houston and used Emerson motors.

| I don't know either, but when I was in Key West a few years ago we had dinner at a bar/restaurant near the water. This very old bar had a ceiling fan with a wing span of about 8' and it turned slowly but put out a pretty good breeze. Could not tell what the motor was but it was very old.
