| Maybe its just me but when I went to put my fan together to see if I have the aligment problems solved the back for some reason don't look straight. The bolt holes do line up however and the rotor does spin freely by hand. What do you guys think? it could also be that the fan head is cocked, I can't help that at the moment though, the screw's stuck. Attached Image (viewed 134 times):

Ya, looks like the fan head is cocked. It should rotate left-right on the pivot knuckle. The pivot knuckle is the deally Bob that lets the fan head go forward-backward. The thumb screw(wing screw a Bob) holds the pivot knuckle in place. Maybe you know all this jive already. Last edited on Wed Oct 7th, 2009 04:58 am by Russ Huber

I do Russ. :) I'm hoping that I can get that screw loose, its REALLY tight. Steve suggested I apply heat to it. I tried WD40 and that hasn't help.

Funny thing, I'm just the opposite. I've had a screw loose for as long as I can remember.

Well, lets you and I make this situation right..ok. I'll work at making my screw REALLY tight. You...work at loosening up your screw. I think between you and I as a team, we can even this screwy business out.
