Hi everyone,
I still need an oscillator screw to connect the arm to the wheel. The oscillator wheel in the adjustable type. The fan is a small 8" Emerson 2240-B, which looks just like an 8" Emerson Junior I have. I received a screw the other day, but the shoulder length is too short it seems since the arm binds up when the screw is tightened.
The correct screw will have about 3/16"-1/4" shoulder.
If you have an extra, please let me know.
Thank you,
John

Bump, Anyone have a spare they can send my way?
I have a nice 1936 fan that needs an oscillator arm screw to complete it.
Thank you,
John

| I got tired of always having to find them ,so I bought a bunch from McMaster-Carr just type in "Shoulder Screw" and plug in dimensions needed. They're about 5 bucks or so each.

Rick,
I did go to Mc Master-Carr and I found the shoulder screws.
I just have to determine the correct thread size and shoulder length now.
Thanks,
John
