Stroboscope  Monarch Digital Battery $200  with spare flash tube. Case. 120v Charger. 
Backlit LCD Display.  Alt function multiplies the flash rate for you.  4 wings, 4 clicks, 6 wings 6 clicks.
Very bright, great controls.  Used.   warranty against DOA.
These sell new for over $500.
