I may have a source for some of this stuff, but it never hurts to explore the options.

Need to haves:
Cage strut (4.5") - I only need one.

Threaded plastic bushings for cord holes in base - I need both.  One was already broken and the other shattered when I tried to unscrew it.

New fabric-insulated three-wire head cord.

"OFF-1-2-3" transfers for base.

Base plate.

Things that I'm considering if the price is right:
Brass blade assembly in the Improved Parker design.  The fan currently has somewhat rusty steel blades, and I think it would just look better with brass.

New fabric-insulated two-wire power cord.

A Westy Debon-Aire fan.  I love that hexagonal cage.

One other item - when I got the fan apart, I found that the leather washer on the rotor was in pretty nasty shape.  A new one would be nice.

Sam,

I stock the screw-in grommets for Emerson fans.  Price is $6 each.  Your fan takes three, two on the base and one on the back of the motor housing.   If you have one that is in fair shape, you can use it in the back of the motor, but I suggest replacing the two in the base with my new ones so the color will match.   One of mine right next to an original one shows the old one is faded.

You can go to my web site at http://www.HudsonsCustomMachining.com and download a current parts list and order form.  Let me know if you need help.

PS.  I just made a bunch more of the Emerson leather rotor seals in both sizes.  Your 29646 will take the #ERS2.  Price is $3.00 each.

I found your website today, but I wasn't sure which size I needed.  I'm going to need all three - I just checked the one on the motor and found it is going to need to be replaced, too.  I'll be placing an order soon.  :D

Bringing this back from the dead - I still need the cage strut and base plate for this common-but-nice beastie.  Anyone have a junker laying around?

Ralph,
I'll drop you a PM this afternoon - I'll be happy to pay for it, as of now I need enough of both wires for two Emersons.  Thanks for the help!
