| Also, what size are you using???. Do you use hollow or solid?. The available amount of rivets is overwhelming!!

or at least close!. I think a 1/8 shaft dia. is a start. I just am not sure of which mfgr makes soft-ish brass as opposed to hard , easy to crack heat treated brass just like alum I bet. although kim says if you heat them uo to near red hot and let 'um cool, they upset much easier.
I just pulled the trigger on a bag from mcmaster carr. Thanks for the help. The site online is WAY easier than the huge book we have at work!!.
