Dave, unfortunately, no, the patina I have is attached to the fans and when I remove it I toss the rags it gets transferred to into the trash. But you are welcome to buy any of the fans that have the type of patina you might be looking for.

Three more fans with photos have be added 6/23/09 to my list at the top of the thread: a nice original Westy stamped steel BB/BC osc. w/starting switch; Emerson ivory Golden Jubilee in great cond.; Emerson 29646. Still need to take photos. The first two fans mentioned have a dollop of nice patina.

Dave, you should know by now that Stephens patina is manually hand applied.
...Whether he will manually hand apply yours, is dependent on how well he likes you.
Maybe if you let Steve look at yours, he can tell you if it needs more handling...
Steve is a connoisseur, and I am sure he will let you know if yours is inadequate.

Fans for Sale list at top is updated as of 7-31-09. As time permits I will be adding more fans for sale so check back.

Tommy,
I'm happy you like the fan and it arrived as shipped with the blade and cage on. All 5 or 6 fans I have shipped that way have arrived with no damage.

Dave,
I had already left when you posted your note about the Emerson 6 wing fans. Those fans belong to Bill Voigt and you will have to contact him to purchase. I only posted the photos on my Photobucket as he asked me to. As far as I know the fans are still available if they are ones that Bill will be parting with. I think he does want to keep some of the fans pictured.
