Very nice Zackary,

Are those the original blades?  I have a C-17 with those pointed blades, but my R-52 and every other "original" I have seen has squared off ends.

Yep they are the original blades....the guy I bought it from had another just like it (but in worse condition, which is why I got this one)

Yes it will give you years and years of service.  I've had a few going almost non stop for the last 25 years.  Just check the oil every once in a while.

Just an update on this fan, I recieved the center shade for the light kit from Jeremy Melugin at DT last week....it's lookin good:cool:

Cool...... i love originals, im going to instal a hunter westminister ceiling fan in my bedroom this winter to circulate the heat.
