I'm seeking any info on this sweet "Superfan" manufactured by Queen Stove Works Inc. in Alberta, Minnesota. Model: P-500, 115v, 60 cyc, 1.14 amp, serial #: 155154
It's sport'n dual squirrels and a multi position top louver vent, rubber pad buttons on bottom and back.
* Seeking it's age mainly
I purchased it for use in my 1953 Superior Travel Trailer - figure it gonna get toasty come spring while down in the Fla. Keys !
Thanks in advance. Tim

| Thanx Russ - it was a good read. I take that the Superfan was a 1948 Pat. and about early 1950 for a production start date. It has been PERFECT for my travel trailer as you can see by it's roof line the fan pushes cool air off the floor and shoots it up the curved ceiling towards the back. I doubt I'll ever sell it cause it's just bad to the BONE ! Tim Attached Image (viewed 256 times):

If they filed for patent in 48, the thing more than likely reared its ugly head in 48 Tim. The good thing is... it has you to love it. Hey...by the looks of the snap you could use a few trips to Burger King.

I'll have to check on that Nicholas, I can't remember. I do have a Empress model in aluminum which I replaced with this sweet chrome perc. The on/off switch is built into the side of the plug.
I also found a few other handy vint. kitchen appl's. I deceided to only buy minty, working appls. for the trailer. Non are for show, their all being used daily - even that chromed out 50's toaster
Can-o-mat - can opener
Daisy - ice crusher

Tim, that trailer is just too cool! Now all you need is a '50's truck to pull it with... I happen to know where one for sale is. LOL.

| Since he's in my hometown, I just got back from a nice visit with Tim and a personal tour of the travel trailer..... AWESOME..... and it's complete with seasonal multi-colored Christmas lights. The condition of the 16" Wagner and the 10" Century are really great original. Plus Tim, has all kinds of other cool stuff. I counted 7 fans and YES, the Arvin heater/fan counts!

| Thanks for the offer Duane, but I prefer something with a little more breathing room and a lot of chrome like this ! Attached Image (viewed 108 times):
