My 36 Emerson Parts catalog(The 36 line of CFs and Circulator Catalogs included in packet) shows this type model pictured. The finish would be baked black enamel and chrome plate blade. This circulator was offered in 24" and 30" models with the AC 24" in single or two speed, the 30" AC one speed. This same circulator was offered in both 24" and 30" single speed DC models. You could have the option of Counter column mount(table), Wallbracket mounting, Ceiling mount, and adjustable floor column mounting(pedestal). These were all ball bearing models. Getting full and partial Chromium plate was an OPTION.

The parts offered for Emerson Circulators for 36 show a aluminum prop in the parts explosion and a squiggle wire cage. The "aluminum prop" models they are offering parts for are as follows: 23" Single speed 115 volt DC...23" Single speed 110 VAC 60 cycle...23" Single speed 60 cycle(different model). There are 4 wing models AC or DC offered in the same parts listing. Not sure if the 4 wing models were offered in 35 or not. Based on the 2 different 23" ALUMINUM PROP models offered I would ASSUME this was Emerson's first circulator model. The 36 catalog shows pictures of them ceiling hung, and pedestal mount. It however does not offer sale of them. I don't have the 35 catalog. It would be my "IMPRESSION" Emerson offered the ALUMINUM PROP circulator models starting in 33-34.

Hey Russ, thanks for the post.  I love stuff like this.

Wonder if you might know the answer to this:  After Emerson came out with that model, the model that followed was in 24" and 30" sizes with slim, curved blades.  After that (I think) they had 3, polished aluminum wide blades that looked like elephant ears.  I'm not sure about the 24, but the 30 had a 1025/525 rpm motor.  Don't go digging for info because this is not life-or-death, but I'm kinda wondering the beginning and ending years were for this style.
